WINEMAKER NOTES

We have established the platform of NO cork, NO oak, and NO malo-lactic, now we're letting the wine do all the talking. As hard as it may be to believe, our Sauvignon Blanc just keeps getting better.

In 2005 we harvested the vineyard at 3 different times, focusing on the different soils and sun exposures that make each block unique. This gave us great flexibility with the blend, leading to a more complex wine. These grapes were harvested at 22.5° and 23.5° brix.

While retaining the bright grapefruit that has characterized our past vintages, the 2005 Sauvignon Blanc exhibits incredible complexity in the nose and great texture in the mid-palate. Melon and tropical fruit jump out of the glass and lead to a round, luscious mouth feel. The finish is everything one would expect from a stainless steel fermented wine: bright, clean and refreshing.

Enjoy "NO" with light appetizers, salads and seafood entrees, or just by itself!

Screw caps not only ensure that your wine will not be "corked", but this closure is also a guarantee of consistency. Every bottle of NO Sauvignon Blanc will be as good and fresh as the last.
